Challenge: Broadmead, a high-end retirement community in Maryland, needed to connect with a discerning audience in a way that felt familiar — through traditional mail — but still stood out and sparked interest.

Solution: Develop creative, high-impact direct mail pieces designed to capture attention in the mailbox. This included custom die-cut formats, scented ink for a multisensory experience, and a lifestyle-focused “newspaper” that showcased the vibrant community at Broadmead.

Result: These unique and memorable mailers resonated with the target audience, helping Broadmead transition from having open units to managing a growing waitlist.
